In 2022, Rev set out to develop its own sales development technology. As Lead UX Designer, I was responsible for designing a new platform for the sales team, meant to streamline sales processes and boost operational efficiency. The platform focused on improving data accessibility and efficiency for users, reducing manual processes in the research workflow, and add useful A.I driven intelligence about a given target market.

In 2022, Rev set out to develop its own sales development technology. As Lead UX Designer, I was responsible for designing a new platform for the sales team, meant to streamline sales processes and boost operational efficiency. The platform focused on improving data accessibility and efficiency for users, reducing manual processes in the research workflow, and add useful A.I driven intelligence about a given target market.

Our vision for the sales development platform ( SDP ) was to completely revamp the sales process by enabling teams to utilize AI-driven insights for lead prioritization. We aimed to move beyond conventional static metrics, using real-time data on market behavior and customer interactions to refine target selection. This strategic approach was intended to provide sales professionals with precise, actionable insights, allowing them to concentrate their efforts on the most viable opportunities. The ultimate goal was to enhance sales forecast accuracy, elevate productivity, and increase success rates across sales initiatives, driving substantial growth in revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
